    She is the leader of the Night Fae covenant from Shadowlands, sister of Elune. 

Personal Opinion:
   I really don't think she is that popular in my opinion, a find her sometimes even boring to say the least, from all the covenant leaders she is not my favorite, they have a good lore but she have no interest in anything, for me.
